This course is particularly suitable if:
You've never done yoga before.
You feel a bit intimidated by yoga classes.
You want to understand the basics before joining a regular class.
You're looking for something structured but not overwhelming.
You want to learn at home and fit your practice around your life.

Not much.
A yoga mat is useful, but you don't need any specialist equipment. You can add props such as blocks or a strap if you have them, but they're not essential.
Wear something comfortable that you can move in and you're ready to go.

I'm Paula, a yoga teacher based in North Wales. I've spent 25 years teaching movement and fitness and 20 years working in education, so helping people learn and feel confident in their bodies is what I do.
My approach to yoga is simple: less about getting it “right”, more about noticing how it feels and finding what works for you.
