Strength for building focus and energy.
Each class is 20 minutes of movement followed by a little meditation or breathwork. Occasionally, we sprinkle in some of my favourite wellness practices like Face Yoga or Laughter Yoga.
Designed for all levels, these sessions help you move, breathe, and start the day feeling good.
