Come roll out your mat in The Laundry at Snowdon Craft Brewery in Llandudno Junction — a cool, industrial space with a cosy taproom where we can hang out together after class. Stay after class to chat, share a drink, and be part of our growing yoga community.
What to Expect

Sessions range from gentle stretches to strengthening flows. Whatever the style, the focus is on feel-good movement, connecting with your breath, and deep relaxation. No need to worry about what the person on the next mat is doing — this is your time, your practice, your body.

All you need is:
✔️ A mat (I’ll have a few spares if needed)
✔️ Comfortable clothes
These sessions are open to everyone. My hope is that we practise yoga little and often at home, then come together whenever we can to move, breathe, and connect — maybe even over a 0% cider! 😜
