
😎 From Colwyn Bay to Bali (well… maybe one day!) Members’ Retreats are relaxed, community-focused days where we practise yoga, slow down, and step away from the everyday. Each retreat is a little different, but the focus is always on movement, mindfulness, connection, and fun.
These sessions are designed to be affordable and accessible, giving space to learn, grow, and enjoy practising together — without needing to travel far or spend a fortune.
