Members’ Retreats

😎 From Colwyn Bay to Bali (well… maybe one day!) Members’ Retreats are relaxed, community-focused days where we practise yoga, slow down, and step away from the everyday. Each retreat is a little different, but the focus is always on movement, mindfulness, connection, and fun.

These sessions are designed to be affordable and accessible, giving space to learn, grow, and enjoy practising together — without needing to travel far or spend a fortune.

What to expect

  • Yoga and mindful movement

  • Gentle somatic or reflective practices

  • Time to rest, reset, and connect

  • Tea, healthy snacks, and good company

Members are also invited to shape the content of these days, choosing from a range of activities — from strength training and pelvic floor awareness to laughter yoga and face yoga.
